I love playing around in Trapcode Particular for After Effects! By far my number one favorite plugin!
This week my looping motion graphics background was created into a wallpaper at 2560x1440 and featured on dsktps.com. Having to resize my entire after effects project from 1080p to 1440p was for sure an interesting task. I have had the challenge of scaling 480p to 1080p but never larger than that. When you scale things up its not as easy as just increasing the scale. You have to also change mask feathers, number of particles, fractal noise size/complexity, etc. Be sure to pick up the background today to fill your screen!
I am almost positive this video is the most intense trapcode motion graphics video I have ever done. The video is of a particle heavy dark background that resembles the aurora borealis with dark and bright colors of lines, waves, and particles, mixing together to create a brilliant background. “Particle Aurora Still”
Heres a still from a motion graphic video background I just completed and will be released shortly. This was one of the most trapcode particular intense file I have ever created in after effects. Took about 4 hours to render this 17 second animation out on a 12 core mac pro machine at 1080p.
